How can I be sure to get the right size when buying online?

We understand this is the biggest concern. That's why on each product page, you'll find a specific size guide for that model. Furthermore, as we know the fit of each last perfectly, if you're hesitating between two sizes or have wider or narrower feet, don't hesitate to contact us via WhatsApp or phone. We'll give you a personalized recommendation to get it right the first time.

Are your shoes truly comfortable for all-day wear?

Comfort is our hallmark. All our models are made in Spain with very soft natural leathers and lasts designed for daily comfort. Many feature cushioned gel insoles and flexible, lightweight soles. We don't sell shoes we wouldn't wear ourselves for hours on end.

What does "Made in Spain" mean for footwear?

It means quality, tradition, and craftsmanship. We work with small workshops and artisans from Elche, Arnedo, and other areas with a great shoemaking tradition. This guarantees not only the use of top-quality materials and great comfort but also a flawless finish and durability far superior to imported footwear.

What materials are the shoes made of?

Our main raw material is natural leather (cowhide, suede, nubuck, patent leather...). Leather allows the foot to breathe, adapts to its shape, and offers great durability. On each product page, we detail the exact composition of the exterior, lining, and insole, so you know exactly what you're buying.

How long does shipping take and what does it cost?

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. You can check the detailed conditions on our shipping information page during the checkout process. We want you to enjoy your new shoes as soon as possible.

What if they don't fit or I'm not convinced when I receive them?

Your peace of mind comes first. You have 14 days to easily make a size exchange or a return. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll refund your money. Our goal is for you to feel secure and happy with your purchase. You can see all the details in our return policy.

Do you have options for wide or sensitive feet?

Yes, it's one of our specialties. We have a wide selection of models with special width lasts and shoes compatible with orthopedic insoles. We use very soft leathers and designs without internal seams to prevent chafing. If you need specific footwear, contact us, and we will guide you.

How should I care for my leather shoes to make them last longer?

It's very simple. For dust, use a dry cloth. To nourish the leather, apply a neutral or matching color cream with a brush, let it dry, and then buff to a shine. For suede or nubuck, use a special brush and a protective spray. With this small effort, you'll keep the leather hydrated and your shoes will look like new for years.

Do you restock models that are sold out?

It depends on the model. Some of our continuous basics are restocked during the season. Others are capsule collections with limited units. If a shoe you love is sold out, you can sign up for the waiting list on the product page, and we'll notify you by email if it becomes available again.

Do you have a physical store where I can try on the shoes?

Yes! We would be delighted to welcome you to our store in Madrid (Spain). There, you can see and try on the entire collection with our personal advice. The address and opening hours are in the footer of our website. We look forward to seeing you!
