Our Customer Service department is at your service to answer any questions and issues with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer a personalized, fast and efficient service.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. On special dates such as Christmas, we extend the return period until15th January the coming year.

The refund of the amount will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which we have been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract by the user.

Can I make a change in size, model or color?

Of course yes! To make any change in size, model or color, you only have to buy the product that interests you. It is necessary to make a new purchase because it is necessary to make the corresponding invoice.

The model, size or color that does not fit well, will be managed as a return.

Can I make a change or return in a physical store?

Of course! You can make the change or the return of your purchase at any Calzados Rosi store, our colleagues will attend your exchange or return, in addition to resolve any questions about the footwear.

RETURNS


Can I return my purchase?

Of course you can! To make a return, the product(s) must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with their labels, without repairs) in their original packaging and with the corresponding purchase invoice and return document (both are included in your order).

The return period for products purchased online is 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product.

How can I make a return?

It's easy! You can choose any of the following ways to make the return:

- By visiting us at any of our shops

- Delivery at the post office

* This service has a cost of 4,90€, which will be deducted from the refund of the returned product.

* This service is ONLY available at return addresses within the Mainland Spain.

- Contact a transport company of your choice (UPS, Seur, DHL...).

* This service has a cost of 9,90€, which will be deducted from the refund of the returned product.

* This service is ONLY available at pick-up addresses within the Peninsula.

It is very important that the product(s) are returned well packaged. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. When making a return, please remember to put the invoice and the completed return form (back of the invoice) inside the box. Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and check that all the above conditions are met, we will proceed to pay the corresponding amount. In the case of payment by bank transfer, we will request an account number where to pay the amount.

In the event of return or cancellation of the contract by the customer for reasons beyond the control of Calzados Rosi, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If the customer exercises their right of return and cancellation of any item that gives rise to obtaining any promotion, such as gifts, additional discounts, etc. the items belonging to that promotion would have to be returned together with the item(s) on which the customer exercises the right of return, otherwise, the amount corresponding to the items not returned would be deducted, as well as the relevant shipping costs.

In the event that the return is due to the fact that an article other than the one ordered has been sent, Calzados Rosi will pay the shipping and return costs provided that the customer notifies the company within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receipt of the shipment, offering to replace it with the one originally ordered or refund the amount paid in the event that this is not possible due to lack of stock.
