If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. On special dates such as Christmas, we extend the return period until15th January the coming year.
Can I make a change in size, model or color?

The model, size or color that does not fit well, will be managed as a return.
Can I make a change or return in a physical store?
Of course! You can make the change or the return of your purchase at any Calzados Rosi store, our colleagues will attend your exchange or return, in addition to resolve any questions about the footwear.
Can I return my purchase?
Of course! To make a return, you have to send us the / the products in perfect conditions (not used, not washed, with their labels, without arrangements) in their original packaging and with the corresponding purchase invoice to the following address:

Can you arrange to pick up the return at my home?
Yes! We can have a transport agency pick up the return at the address you indicate, this option has a cost of € 6.00 if the address is within the Peninsula and € 15.00 if the address belongs to the Balearic Islands (only available in Peninsula and Balearic Islands) these amounts would be deducted when making the corresponding payment.
Once we receive the stuffs in our warehouses and check that all the above conditions are met, we will proceed to the payment of the corresponding amount. In the case of payment against reimbursement or by transfer, we will request an account number to pay the amount.It is very important that you return the well packed products. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. When making a return, remember to enter the return form in the box duly completed (back of the invoice). In case of return or withdrawal of the contract by the customer and changes for reasons beyond Calzados Rosi, shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, even if such expenses were borne by Calzados Rosi, and the costs of collection and once again, if applicable, they will be paid by the customer, unless the customer prefers to return and pick up, if applicable, at any of the Calzados Rosi establishments.
To exercise the rights of withdrawal and return or exchange, you just have to contact us by sending an email to email@example.com, by calling the Customer Service number +34 91 669 80 01, or by taking the item(s) to any of the the establishments of Calzados Rosi.
If the client exercises his right of return and withdrawal of any item that would lead to obtaining any promotion, such as gifts, additional discounts, etc. the articles pertaining to said promotion would have to be returned together with the article(s) on which the client exercises the right of return, otherwise the amount corresponding to the non-returned items would be deducted, as well as the expenses of relevant shipping.
In case the return has its origin in that an article has been sent other than the one requested, Calzados Rosi will take care of the shipping and return costs whenever the client notifies it within a maximum period of 7 working days from the receipt of the shipment, offering the replacement of the same by the originally ordered or refund of the amount paid in case the above is not possible due to lack of stock.
