TO FACILITATE YOUR CHRISTMAS PURCHASES, WE EXPAND THE RETURN PERIOD UP TO JANUARY 15, 2019
Our Customer Service department is at your service to answer any questions and queries regarding with our products or shipments through which we try to offer a personalized, fast and efficient service.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, to change it or return it. Special occasions like Christmas, the repayment period is extended until 15th January the coming year.
To exercise the right of desisting or return, you must send us the product in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with their labels without alteration) in its original container with the corresponding receipt, and the form duly completed desisting and return (located in back of the invoice attached to the request), if you have lost you can download a copy (download the document here).
It is very important to return well-packaged products. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not admit the return.
Once we receive the merchandise in our stores and check that all the above conditions, we will proceed to the payment of the corresponding amount, according to the method of payment:
a. Payments made by credit card or debit card, be credited to the same card.
b. In the case of cash on delivery or by bank transfer, we ask for an account number where to pay the amount.
c. Orders paid via Paypal, is reimbursed in the same Paypal account.
To make the change of a product you just have to buy the size that interests you, and return the size you have at home, to return the product you have at home, send it by certified mail or shipping company you trust to following address:

In case of return or cancellation of the contract by the customer because of reasons beyond Calzados Rosi, shipping costs borne by the customer, even if those costs should be borne by Calzados Rosi, and the cost of collecting and new shipment, if any, will be borne by the customer, unless the customer prefer to make the return and collection, if any, in any of the establishments Calzados Rosi.
To exercise the right of cancellation and return or exchange, the customer must communicate their unequivocal will to cancel the purchase by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
In either case there will be accompanied duly completed the cancellation form and return it to that effect facilitates Calzados Rosi.
We do not accept any return which it has previously been communicated to the customer service.
If customers exercise their right of return and cancellation of any item that would result in obtaining a promotion, such as gifts, extra discounts, etc. Articles belonging to such promotion would have to be returned together with the article on the customer exercises the right of return, otherwise, would proceed to deduct the corresponding amount unreturned items and expenses relevant shipping.
If the customer choose to request the change of the same item in a different size, the attention to such a request shall be subject to the availability of the item and size requested, if unable to attend it due to lack of stock the amount paid for the item as intended in the case of returns are refunded.
If the return has its origin in which it was sent a different item, Calzados Rosi will take care of the shipping and return costs provided that the customer is notified within a period of 7 working days from receipt of shipping, offering replacement by the originally ordered or a refund of the amount paid if the above is not possible due to lack of stock.
