Mostrar mi disconformidad por no poder canjear los puntos de fidelidad generados con este pedido. Ustedes mencionan 45 días para canjear los cupones generados. Esto da lugar a confusión dado que yo no activé los mismos, por lo que no tengo cupones sino puntos. Creo que la empresa debería cuidar más a los clientes y buscar soluciones alternativas. Gracias.
