How do I recover my forgotten password?
1. From the identification section click on "I forgot the password"
2. Enter the email with which you registered and press "Recover"

How to buy?
1. Choose the shoes that interests you.
2. Select the size you need (If you have any questions about the size, contact us)
3. Add it to the cart.
4. Enter your customer account or create a new account.
5. Choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.
6. You can choose to pay by credit card, Paypal, bank transfer or cash on delivery *. Then you will be redirected to the chosen payment gateway.
(*) Payment method available only in Spanish peninsular territory and the Balearic Islands.
Is it possible to modify / cancel an order?
Yes of course. You can modify/cancel your order as long as it has not been processed. Simply get in touch with our Customer Service
How do I know that my order was successful?
Once the purchase is finished, you will receive a confirmation email. Check the SPAM folder in case you had stayed there by mistake, if not, contact us and we will help you

How much are the costs and delivery times?
- Standard shipping: Free shipping for orders over 40,00 € (For orders under 40,00 € shipping costs are 3,00 €)
- Express delivery: Free shipping for orders over 60,00 € (For orders under 60,00 € shipping costs are 4,00 €)
- Standard shipping: Free shipping for orders over 50,00 € (For orders under 50,00 € shipping costs are 3,00 €)
- Express delivery: Orders under 60,00 € shipping costs are 6,00 €. For orders over 60,00 € shipping costs are 3,00 €.
Shipments to different countries are made through Fedex and DHL Express, the shipping cost varies depending on weight and volume. Before finalising the order, the system informs you of the exact costs according to the chosen carrier. Below you can see the estimated shipping cost for a pair of shoes:
- European Union from € 19.90
- Rest of Europe (Non-EU) from € 28.00
- America from € 35.00
- Asia from € 43.00
- Australia from € 49.00
- Middle East from € 49.00
When you register you will be able to select your country, if it does NOT appear on the list, contact our Customer Service and we will answer any questions regarding shipping possibilities.
Can I indicate a time slot for the delivery of my order?
The delivery service is throughout the day. You can tell us in comments a time slot so that the delivery of your order is carried out successfully.
If you prefer, we can also deposit it at the Post Office of your choice (indicate all the information in the comments of your order).
What is the deadline to return/exchange a product?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, from the date of delivery of the order, to change it or return it.
On special dates such as Christmas, for orders made from December 20, the return period is extended until January 15 of the coming year.
What is the cost to return/exchange a product?
The only cost of making a return is the transport to our warehouse. All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
You have 4 options to return the product:

2. AT THE POST OFFICE - Cost: 4,90€*
If you choose this safe and more sustainable option, write to us at email@example.com, by WhatsApp +34 683 38 89 51 or call +34 91 669 80 01 indicating your name or order number. We will provide you with a return label with the costs already paid for you to deposit the package with your return at any post office.
You only have to prepare the package, it is NOT necessary to print the label that we will send you, just show it on your mobile phone.
* This cost will be deducted from the refund of the returned product.
* This service is ONLY available at return addresses within the Mainland Spain.
3. TRANSPORT AGENCY (Seur, DHL, UPS…) - Cost: *According to the Agency
If you prefer, you can send us the package by another transport agency. Send the package to the following address:

4. PICK-UP AT YOUR DOOR - Cost: 9,90€*

* This service has a cost of 9,90€, which will be deducted from the refund of the returned product.
* This service is ONLY available at pick-up addresses within the Mainland Spain.
As soon as the products arrive at our warehouse, the corresponding payment will be made in the same payment method within 48/72 hours maximum.

Can I request a size change?
Sure! Exchanges and returns are processed in the same way.
You have to make a new purchase in our online store and if you want us to handle the return, please indicate it.
Can I change an item in a Calzados Rosi store?
Yes, you can make the exchange or return of an item purchased through calzadosrosi.com in our Madrid store or in our office in Coslada, provided that the product is not classified as a 'partner product'
If you have doubts about it, you just have to contact our Customer Service.
Is it safe to buy through the calzadosrosi.com website?
In calzadosrosi.com we strive daily with the objective of guaranteeing the security of your purchases and your data.
What are the payment options? Are they safe?
You can pay by credit or debit card, with Paypal, by transfer or deposit in a Sabadell bank account.
We guarantee that all transactions made in calzadosrosi.com have all the guarantees of security, confidentiality and integrity. We implement the SSL (“Secure Sockets Layer”) certificate in all communications that prevent the interception of information by third parties.
For payment by credit or debit card, Calzados Rosi uses the payment gateway of Sabadell Bank. We never store any of your credit card information or bank details.
It doesn't let me pay with my credit card, what happens?
In the event that do not let you finish the payment, it may be due to any of the following reasons:
- That your card is expired. Check that your validity date has not been passed.
- That you have reached the limit amount of the card.
- That some data you have filled in is incorrect.
- That the card does not have secure commerce activated (in this case, you must contact your bank to activate this service)

I have placed an order but I have not received the confirmation email, why? Is everything ok with my order?
All orders receive the confirmation email after a few minutes after the order was completed (you may have it in the spam folder!). If it has not reached you it may be for one of the following reasons:
- Payment was not successful
- The email has not been entered correctly
- There is a computer problem that has prevented this email from being sent.
Please, check first that the payment has been made correctly, and if so, do not worry, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with all your data and we will respond as soon as possible.
My order is lost!
If your order has been lost along the way, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, Calzados Rosi is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
What happens if the item received is defective?
If you think your article has a defect, please send us an email to email@example.com with the order number and images of the possible defective product.
We will give you a solution to the problem as soon as possible.
